Vallitech sofas and armchairs are designed and manufactured to ensure that day-to-day use in the hospital does not cause premature and/or permanent wear to the equipment.
They are made from high-quality carbon steel, coated with electrostatic paint and designed with the aid of finite element engineering software, which simulates the stresses and strains of severe use in a hospital.
With these results, it is possible to predict and reinforce the main points of demand, giving the product a much longer service life.
The seat springs use a European noise suppression system, which provides superior comfort for the user and the environment.
STRUCTURE
Backrest frame made of 25.40 mm round tubes, seat and backrest made of 1/4 and 1.5 mm oxy-cut steel plates. Base frame made from 20 x 50 mm rectangular tubes.
PADDING
The seat and backrest are made of D-33 laminated foam, and the backrest is made of super-soft, non-deformable soft foam with leatherette covering. The upholstery of the seat and backrest is easily removable for cleaning.
MOVEMENTS
The movements are driven electrically by three motors controlled by a wired remote control. Backrest reclines to any position. Fixed seat and backrest with independent movements in any position. Retractable backrest system to facilitate patient access to the armchair. Height elevation. Both arms swivel sideways. Emergency stop button.
ARMS
Upholstered, with adjustable height. Optional: armrest for blood collection in polyurethane (concave shape)
WHEELS
4" with double tread, all with brake system.
INCLINATION
Trendelenburg via a drive at the back of the backrest, reaching a negative inclination of 12° degrees.
PAINTING
Electrostatic powder coating, with anti-corrosion efficiency through the nano-ceramic phosphating process.
