VLT-220 Fowler crib bed for children

Design. Comfort. Resistance. Durability. Vallitech beds are designed and manufactured to ensure that day-to-day use in the hospital does not cause premature and/or permanent wear to the equipment. They are produced with a high quality carbon steel structure, coated with electrostatic paint and designed with the help of finite element engineering software, which simulates the stresses and strains of severe use within a hospital. With these results, it is possible to predict and reinforce the main points of demand, giving the product a much longer service life. They are tested exhaustively in the laboratory and at the factory to guarantee an extended service life of 10 years, without noise, vibrations or deformations.

BASE

Coated in a thermoplastic finish with integrated cylinder support in the option with height lift.

LAYOUT

Articulated in 4 sections, with back, leg and thigh fowler movements, made from painted carbon steel sheets (optional thermoplastic). Movements made by electric motors or cranks, depending on the choice.

SHOCKSTOPS

High-impact, rubberized rotors located at the four corners of the bed.

HEADBOARD AND FOOTBOARD

Removable, made of high-density polyethylene.

SIDE GUARD RAILS

Retractable, in aluminum, with locking on the side of the bed. 6cm spacing between the balusters. The railing has a fall cushioning system, preventing it from falling at speed and preventing accidents. The railing can also be adjusted to 5 different heights, making it easier for nursing staff to work.

HEIGHT

The children's bed has an optional electric height lift and trendelemburg and reverse trendelemburg movements to better meet inpatient needs. These movements are performed by two motor columns. In the manual version, the trendelemburg is performed by a gas spring.

COMMANDS

Made using the satellite on the weighbridge. When using the weight satellite, the movements can be chosen. Also when the satellite on the weighbridge is chosen, single electric CPR and trendelemburg buttons are available. The trendelemburg movement is controlled by a gas spring.
